This page contains all enrollment conditions, learner data handling, refund terms, and operator details for Infrastructure Fieldcraft system administration training. Written in plain language.
Enrollment conditions
Enrollment begins when the operator confirms a training date, team size, and discipline scope by email or phone. Confirmation creates a binding reservation.
The course is sold as professional training for IT operations staff. Participants should have routine access to the infrastructure they manage as part of their regular work. No certification, exam, or formal credential is issued at the end of the course.
The maximum cohort size for in-person sessions is 12 participants. Virtual sessions support up to 15 participants per instructor.
Tuition and payment
Tuition is quoted by phone or email after the operator confirms team size, discipline selection, and delivery format. The quote is valid for 30 calendar days from the date it is issued.
Payment is due before the first session. We accept bank transfer, cheque, or corporate purchase order (with approved credit). Payment details are included in the quote confirmation.
The quoted price covers instructor time, course materials (digital workbook and drill templates), and follow-up practice plan delivery. Travel and accommodation for on-site courses are quoted separately.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations received 14 or more calendar days before the course start date receive a full refund.
Cancellations between 7 and 13 calendar days before the course start date receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations fewer than 7 calendar days before the start date are not eligible for a refund, but the enrollment may be transferred to a different team member at no cost.
If the operator cancels a session, participants receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.
Learner data handling
We collect participant names, email addresses, phone numbers, and team context notes for the purpose of scheduling, delivering, and following up on training. This information is provided through the request form, email, or phone call.
We do not sell, rent, or share learner data with third parties. Data is retained for 12 months after the course date for follow-up and scheduling purposes, then deleted.
